Responsiblities:

• Assists the Geologist in reviewing rock and soil samples extracted and logging the results in a specified and recognized format to ensure that they are properly labeled and recorded for easy traceability;
• Assists in assessing the standard of drilling, sampling, logging and testing, and ways to achieve specified standard;
• Assists in reviewing draft borehole logs for accuracy and conducting inspections according to the Instrumentation and Testing Plan;
• Verifies the accuracy, correctness and completeness of all geotechnical information supplied to client;
• Performs other technical duties as required, associated with ground investigation;
• Assists in providing technical supervision and training to Technicians.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Earth Science or equivalent;
• 1 - 2 years' relevant experience;
• Good command of both English and Chinese.

• Membership of any construction related professional bodies would also be advantageous;
• At least 5 years' experience of working within the Hong Kong construction industry in the environmental field, with a full understanding of the environmental regulatory and legislative framework;

• Previous experience and qualifications related to Health and Safety management on construction sites would also be advantageous;

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Head Office in environmental related activities, such as environmental auditing and benchmarketing, tendering and environmental promotions;
• Taking responsibility for environmental management and control on selected construction projects;
• Environmental training, meeting and complaint handling;
• Assistance to construction teams in license and permit applications;
• Assistance in environmental data collection from sites and the maintenance of Environmental Management System.

• You will be working for our Macau building project and quality checking of materials fabricated in China;
• Prepare and / or review quality system documentation including quality plans, inspection & test plans and checklists;
• Liaise with other project team members to ensure that quality control is conducted efficiently and effectively;
• Ensure that all relevant project quality records are properly controlled and maintained;
• Identify quality related problems and propose solutions where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in an engineering subject;
• 6 years' operations experience in construction background, of which at least 2 years in quality field on site;
• Experience in conducting quality audits and surveillances;
• Ability to work fluently in English and Mandarin is a must;
• Frequent travel between and Macau and China is required.

• Assist Finance Manager to supervise Accounts Receivable team in the management of cash flow and liquidity of the Group, and implementation of internal controls in the treasury operations;
• Perform financial analysis, modelling and cash flow projection;
• Co-ordinate with internal staff and / or external clients on receivables;
• Liaise with bankers and handle banking facility matters.

Requirements:

• University degree holder with professional accountancy qualification;
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, of which 2 years are at the supervisory level;
• Familiar with Treasury operations and banking matters;

You will be required to provide general quantity surveying services to our construction project in Macau including contract administration, assessment of claims, preparation of monthly valuations and payment, measurement, maintenance and collation of records.

• Willing to station in Macau;
• Self-motivated, willing to work hard and can work independently.

• Form 5 or above, LCCI or equivalent is an advantage;
